Dr. Tracy Marchionda

CEO and Lead Project Manager

Dr. Tracy Marchionda serves as the Chief Executive Officer and lead on all projects. Once a blueprint of support is developed with your organization, an associate will be identified who can best meet the goals of the work. Dr. Marchionda has over 35 years as a public school educator and leader in a variety of school districts ranging from rural to small-city. She has served as an elementary teacher, literacy specialist, curriculum and professional developer, principal, Director, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.

Dr. Danielle Dehm

Danny is an accomplished educational leader in the Rochester region with a doctorate in Executive Leadership. She has 19 years of experience as a principal and has held leadership roles in SAANYS and GVASCD. For the past 30 years, she has been an Assistant Professor at SUNY Oswego, teaching educational administration and mentoring aspiring leaders. She continues to receive awards for her contributions and remains active in coaching, mentoring, and interim administrative roles.

Kyle Bower - headshot

Kyle Bower

Kyle, a retired educator with 33 years of experience, served as an elementary teacher, principal, and spent the last 17 years as superintendent/business official of Hammondsport Central School District. He graduated from Keuka College, earned a master’s in early childhood from SUNY Geneseo, and a certificate in educational administration from SUNY Brockport. Kyle has collaborated with boards of education, superintendents, and administrative teams in retreats and workshops, and currently serves as a leadership coach in the region.

Kelley Johnson - headshot

Kelley Johnson

Kelley, a retired NYS educator with 37 years of experience, taught elementary school for nearly 20 years, developed staff, mentored teachers, and was a middle school principal for 13 years. She emphasizes transformative leadership, culture, and high-quality instructional practices. Kelley has extensive literacy training and has worked as a national literacy and curriculum trainer with Dr. John O’Flahavan from the University of Maryland. She has presented at national conferences and is an adjunct professor at Keuka College, supervising student teachers.

Tricia Budgar

Tricia has been part of Geneva City Schools since 2006, serving in various roles including principal of West Street School, acting principal of Geneva Middle School, and Director of Athletics, Health and Activities. She has also worked as associate principal of Freshman Academy, middle school instructional coach, and high school English teacher. Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, a master’s in secondary education from SUNY Brockport, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Leadership from the University of Rochester.

Tuesday Mishook

Tuesday is a highly qualified leader and educator with a background in special education. After over 10 years teaching, she became a special education trainer and systems change facilitator for the NY State Office of Special Education\ Partnership Center. There, Tuesday assisted districts with federal laws and NYSED guidelines, and helped local agencies improve student outcomes. Currently, as Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Bath Central School District, she has set a strategic vision for teaching and learning for all students.
