Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching has been shown to improve effectiveness in new and experience leaders. We provide individual and confidential thinking partners to support each of your leaders. 


Strategic Planning Facilitation

Your stakeholders will be led through a detailed look at your district’s or organization’s data and identify priorities and action steps. We use a “tried and true” approach to strategic planning and the results are ready for implementation and monitoring.

Program/Department Audits

Using a comprehensive, data-driven approach, we can provide you with an unbiased look at programs or departments within your organization. You receive a written-report including all data collected, reflections and recommendations. Our audits have included: ELA Instructional Audit; Human Resources Audit; Special Education Audit; Transportation Audit; Assessment Audit; Comprehensive Literature Audit; Grant Review and Reporting. 


Recruitment and Retention

Recruiting employees has become a daunting and time-consuming task. We can provide you support in the recruitment of potential employees, completion of screenings and background checks as well as the facilitation of interviews and contract negotiations. Additionally, our associates can attend recruitment fairs for you or provide you with support in your Human Resources Department such as job description and/or performance evaluation development.
