Dr. Tracy Marchionda serves as the Chief Executive Officer and lead on all projects. Once a blueprint of support is developed with your organization, an associate will be identified who can best meet the goals of the work. Dr. Marchionda has over 35 years as a public school educator and leader in a variety of school districts ranging from rural to small-city. She has served as an elementary teacher, literacy specialist, curriculum and professional developer, principal, Director, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.

Dr. Marchionda has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education; a Master’s of Education Degree in Education; a Master’s of Education Degree in Literacy; a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction and the Science of Learning.
